Banana Date Protein Shake

This make 2 servings. Each one is: 460 Kcal, 23g Fats, 66g Carbs, 11g Protein

Preparation time: 5 minutes (Sooooo quick, right?)

Ingredients: 

  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen

  • 4 dates, pitted

  • ¼ cup (75g) almond butter

  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup (125ml) almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1½ tbsp. raw cacao powder

Instructions: 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately!

Call me crazy but I personally find the taste of blended dates a bit like sweet caramel, which is why I love this as a post-morning walk drink to fuel my day.
