A Food Lover's 6-Week Healthy Eating Program

Our teams of chefs at Bloomcooking.com have been developing a NEW healthy eating (six week) course for our valued members, including recipes, shopping lists, and helpful tips and tricks to assist you with your healthy eating journey!
During this course, we provide suggestions for some basic pantry staples, in addition to some unique ingredients that you should consider adding to your shelves.
We will also provide a members-only set of healthy recipes and shopping lists to assist you in your journey.
Eating healthy (and eating well!) doesn’t have to be a sacrifice! I made these charred baby lettuce quarters with extra chives and a Caesar-inspired homemade dressing with boquerones, instead of anchovies.

Boquerones, the less-salty and vinegar-cured anchovies, are hard to find, but incredible!
Our six-week healthy-eating program will include a selected series of carefully curated snacks and salad ideas you’ve perhaps never thought of, in addition to some amazing and easy entrée-style lunch and dinner recipes featuring healthy, lean proteins with vegetarian options.
