Sneak Peek Into Our Barcelona Video Shoot!

We spent last week in Barcelona filming online course videos on homemade gluten-free pastas and pizzas with Evelina, who serves as our main recipe developer and baking and pastry Chef Instructor at Bloomcooking.com.

What a joy to work on fun projects like this with great coworkers.

But also, it sure was HOT in there with the ovens cranked up during pizza days! Please bear with me when the course becomes available online, as I noticed myself getting a little bit…sweaty. At the end of the day, we control what we can control!

I walked away from the experience with the knowledge of how to make the BEST gluten-free pastas and pizzas that I’ve ever tried in my entire life…it was revelatory.
