I’m curious how readers of this newsletter (or subscribers to our online website) feel about your desired mix of video content versus written recipes with photos. Do you find that a mix of the two is helpful, with both video and written content for each recipe?
Do you find online video courses to be helpful, for instance online video courses explaining gluten-free sourdough, homemade yogurt, fermented products, gluten-free pizzas and pastas, and is it something you would like to sign up for?
I ask these questions simply because I want to hear YOUR feedback! Let us know what is most important to you.
Feel free to email me directly at [email protected]
And if you simply wanted to introduce yourself—I love hearing from our readers, even if you just wanted to chat about food.
Personally, I’ve been eating raw onion petals (using sweet white onions, called “cebolla dulce” here in Spain) to scoop up homemade, warm hummus, with a drizzle of olive oil on top.
Call me crazy, but I absolutely love it—This morning, I ate half of an entire sweet onion, raw with hummus, right after taking the dog out for a nice walk in the sun.
Also if you have any unresolved customer service needs, I’ve had a few people reach out to me directly at [email protected], and it was great to help address whatever problems you amazing folks are having and hear about them!
I’m always happy to help with any issues and get you in touch directly with our customer service team, the most amazing people on the planet.
Anyways, thanks for reading. We appreciate you.
