Gluten-Free vs. Regular: Who Pays More?

GF Shoppers' Grocery Bills: 35% Higher

Have you noticed grocery stores raising their prices for certain goods lately? Gluten-free items are no exception!

Part of this price discrepancy is due to the fact that many gluten-free grains and starches are more costly than mass-produced processed wheat flour, especially when considering the costs of many healthy ancient grains.
