Serves 2
Special Equipment: Blender
Ingredients:
2 cups (135g) kale
1 cup (90g) broccoli florets, steamed
1 cup (140g) frozen kiwi, peeled and chopped
2½ cups (375g) frozen banana
1 cup (240g) dairy-free milk
1 tablespoon matcha powder
Garnish
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced ¼ inch thick
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender jug and blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Divide the mixture between 2 bowls.
Garnish with kiwi slices, and hemp seeds.
