Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 ½ cups (375 g) peanut butter

  • ½ cup (60 g) peanuts, chopped

  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

Gather Your Ingredients, and Preheat the Oven:

  1. Gather your ingredients.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dough:

  1. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

  1. Mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.

Shape the Cookies:

  1. Chop the peanuts and mix them with salt in a small bowl.

  1. Scoop about 50 g (2 Tbsp) of dough per cookie.

  2. Roll the cookie dough into balls.
